i have an idea.. how about sa gateway mall in cubao? you can get there via LRT line 2 (directly inside gateway), MRT (sa farmers, isang tawiran lang sa gateway), jeepney (sa tapat ng alimall ka bababa, mga 2 tawiran from gateway), taxi (duh,.no explanation needed.,,lol :p), bus (there is a terminal directly at araneta, near gateway...if your that far and willing to join in the meeting) and by private tanspo (im pretty sure majority of filipinos are familiar more or less were cubao/araneta is).

pros:
easy to locate
im pretty sure you, your parents or siblings are familiar where that is
there's a separate NBS beside gateway. if i remember right it has 4 floors.

cons:
it might be a little too far/difficult/expensive for others to get there
only a corner of that NBS have pens for sale...lol
nothing to do at gateway...hahahah

so considering the pros and cons i listed down this opinion is retty much useless..hahahah :p
