(in this one, max is +1. It is required. Any judge CANNOT give a tie in this.)
(If the judge prefers a combo more than the other. Doesn't necessarily have to be the winner. Just which one he/she likes more.)

Spinner A +1

Overall score of Judge A:

Spinner B wins by 1.

....and that's it. All 3 judges will do this, and their scores will be added.

nice! i think that would be less complicated. if we get 1 more winner from the loser's bracket, that would even out the participants for round 2.
with 10 participants, we could move on to the other rounds with ease. hehe :P
